INCLUSION WEEK

To promote this annual event celebrating Paramount’s crucial commitment to inclusion and belonging, we partnered with the Office of Global Inclusion to create a campaign around the theme “Inclusion is Paramount.”

We brought it to life with an exciting look and feel that used colorful illustrations reflecting the vibrancy of our diverse workforce and applied it across emails, screens, video and websites. Over 16,000 employees attended more than 80 virtual and in-person sessions.
